JPMorgan plans five-year protected notes on Efficiente Plus 5 index

Madison, Wis., June 5 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% notes due June 30, 2020 linked to the J.P. Morgan Efficiente Plus 5 Index (Net ER), according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus at least 105% of any index gain, subject to a minimum settlement amount of par. The exact participation rate will be set at pricing.

The index level reflects the deduction of a fee of 0.85% per year that accrues daily.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price June 25 and settle June 30.

The Cusip number is 48125UWK4.
