New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2.66 million PLUS tied to basket of six commodities

Madison, Wis., Sept. 23 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $2.66 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Sept. 22, 2016 linked to a basket of six commodities, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The underlying components are WTI crude oil futures contract with a 27.5% weight, RBOB gasoline futures contract with a 27.5% weight, copper with a 12.5% weight, palladium with a 10% weight, soybean futures contract with a 16.9% weight and cocoa futures contract with a 5.6% weight.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any basket gain, subject to a maximum return of 21.55%.
Investors will be fully exposed to losses.
