Santander UK calls £500 million perpetual additional tier 1 securities

Los Angeles, April 29 – Santander UK Group Holdings plc issued a notice of optional redemption for its £500 million fixed-rate reset perpetual additional tier 1 capital securities (ISIN: XS1592884123).

The securities will be redeemed in full on June 24 at par plus any accrued distributions.

Santander UK is a London-based financial services company.
