Aspect Software plan unanimously OK’d by two of three voting classes

Pittsburgh, May 20 – Aspect Software Parent, Inc.’s plan of reorganization was unanimously accepted by two of three voting classes, according to a notice filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Specifically, both holders of a total of $19.4 million in first-lien revolver claims and all 129 holders of $382.54 million in first-lien term loan claims voted to accept the plan.

In addition, 40 holders, or 61.54% in number, of $176.35 million, or 76.61% in amount, of those claims voted to accept the plan, while 25 holders, or 38.46% in number, of $53.83 million, or 23.39% in amount, voted to reject it.

The plan confirmation hearing is scheduled for May 24.

Based in Phoenix, Aspect is a cloud provider of fully integrated consumer engagement, workforce optimization and back-office solutions. The company filed for Chapter 11 protection on March 9 under case number 16-10597.
