New Issue: Sharjah prices $750 million 6 1/8% sustainability notes due 2036

Chicago, Feb. 29 – The government of the Emirate of Sharjah, acting through its finance department, priced $750 million of 6 1/8% sustainability notes due 2036, according to a market source.
The notes priced 40 basis points lower than initial talk in the Treasuries plus 235 bps area, at Treasuries plus 195 bps.
HSBC Bank plc, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Bank of Sharjah, Citi, Credit Agricole CIB, Emirates NBD Capital, First Abu Dhabi Bank and Standard Chartered Bank are the bookrunners.
