Chicago, July 29 – The government of the Emirate of Sharjah, acting through its finance department, sold a $750 million offering of 3.2% 10-year trust certificates, according to a final term sheet.
The Regulation S sukuk was issued by Sharjah Sukuk Programme Ltd.
The issue is listed on Euronext Dublin and Nasdaq Dubai.
HSBC Bank plc was the stabilization manager.
