Sharjah plans benchmark offering of dollar-denominated notes due 2033, 2051

New York, March 3 – The government of the Emirate of Sharjah, acting through its finance department, plans to offer dual tranches of dollar-denominated notes due March 10, 2033 and March 10, 2051, according to a notice published by the London Stock Exchange on Wednesday.

Bank ABC, Citi, Emirates NBD Capital, HSBC, Mashreq and Standard Chartered Bank are managers of the Regulation S deal.
