New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $2.79 million accelerated return notes on 10 stocks
New York, March 13 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $2.79 million of 0% Accelerated Return Equity Securities due Sept. 11, 2019 linked to a basket of 10 common stocks, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket includes Amazon.com, Inc., BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc., Horizon Pharma plc, Delta Air Lines, Inc., Wynn Resorts, Ltd., Palo Alto Networks, Inc., salesforce.com, inc., Caterpillar Inc., Tesla, Inc. and MGM Resorts International, each with a 10% weight.
If the basket return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of the basket return up to a cap of par plus 31%.
Investors will be fully exposed to any decline in the index.
