Redstone sells more shares of WMS Industries, dropping stake to 4.9%

Charlotte, N.C., April 13 - Sumner M. Redstone's National Amusements, Inc. sold 445,000 shares of WMS Industries, Inc. on April 9.

The shares were priced from $23.90 to $24.39 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filed on Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

On April 8, Redstone sold 1,137,600 shares and had a 5.8% ownership interest in WMS Industries, a prior SEC filing said.

Redstone beneficially owns 2,414,955 shares, or 4.9%, of WMS Industries, a Waukegan, Ill., gaming machines company.
