New Issue: Santander Consumer sells SEK 1 billion green bond at Stibor plus 60 bps

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 5 – Santander Consumer Bank AS priced a SEK 1 billion 3.25-year senior floating-rate green bond (A3/A-) at Stibor plus 60 basis points, according to a news release.

Proceeds from the inaugural bond will be used to finance a loan portfolio of new and existing retail loan and lease contracts for electric vehicles.

The bank offers personal loans in Norway and is part of Banco Santander, a global bank based in Madrid.
