William Blair Large Cap Growth Fund adds Ricci as co-portfolio manager

San Diego, Dec. 20 - The William Blair Large Cap Growth Fund announced in a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that David P. Ricci will be a co-portfolio manager of the fund.

Ricci joins James S. Golan, who has managed the fund since 2005.

Tracy McCormick will no longer be a portfolio manager for the fund.

The fund's investment manager, William Blair & Co., LLC, is based in Chicago.
