Columbus, Ohio, April 29 – Wells Fargo & Co. priced $14.83 million of step-up callable notes due April 29, 2034, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The coupon will be 5.75%, stepping up to 6.25% on April 29, 2029 and stepping up to 7% on April 29, 2032.
The notes are callable starting on April 29, 2026 and on any subsequent semiannual call date.
