New Issue: Victoria Gold seals C$15 million private placement of special warrants

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 24 - Victoria Gold Corp. said it has completed a C$15 million private placement of special warrants.
The company sold 23,809,522 special warrants at C$0.63 apiece. The warrants are convertible into one share of common stock each.
The deal was conducted by an underwriting syndicate led by Raymond James Ltd. and including Wellington West Capital Markets Inc., Desjardins Securities Inc., Blackmont Capital Inc, GMP Securities LP, Rodman & Renshaw, LLC and Sandfire Securities Inc.
Proceeds will be used to advance Victoria's gold projects in Nevada and Yukon and for working capital purposes.
Victoria Gold is a gold exploration company based in Toronto.
