M.A.M Investments increases stake to 15.058% in Viad

Philadelphia, Nov. 19 - M.A.M Investments Ltd. increased its investment to 15.058% in Viad Corp. as of Nov. 19, according to an SC 13G/A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investor's holdings represent a passive stake of 3,082,922 shares.

Those holdings are down from an investment first reported by the company of 11.851%, or 2,436,530 shares, on Dec. 31, 2007, according to an SC 13G filing.

Viad is a Phoenix company that provides services for exhibition organizers as well as travel and recreation services.
