Moody's gives B1 to Verisure notes

Moody's Ratings said it assigned a B1 rating to the proposed €300 million senior secured notes due 2030 being issued by Verisure Holding AB, wholly owned subsidiary of Verisure Midholding AB (Verisure).

Verisure's B1 corporate family rating, B1-PD probability of default rating and B3 senior unsecured notes ratings remain unchanged. The ratings of the existing B1 senior secured notes issued by Verisure Holding AB also remain unchanged.

The outlook is positive.

“The B1 rating of the proposed notes is in line with the existing senior secured debt as it shares the same security and guarantee package,” S&P said in a news release.
