Temujin, Battaglia sell 357,715 shares of Ultratech, keep 10.21% interest

Charlotte, N.C., Sept. 11 - Ultratech, Inc. investors Temujin Fund Management, LLC and Marco Battaglia sold 357,715 shares of the company's stock between July 22 and Sept. 10.

The shares were priced from $13.21 to $16.97 each, according to a schedule 13D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Temujin and Battaglia beneficially own 2,396,085 shares, or 10.21%, of Ultratech.

Between June 5 and June 30, the investors sold 1,220,151 shares of Ultratech priced from $15.61 to $16.98 each, according to a prior SEC filing.

Ultratech is a San Jose, Calif.-based supplier of lithography and laser-processing systems used in semiconductor manufacturing.
