Victory Portfolios' Cynthia Koury retires as Hybrid Funds' co-manager

Minneapolis, Dec. 30 - Victory Portfolios announced that Cynthia Koury retired from her position as one of the managers for the fixed income investments of the Balanced Fund, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Lawrence Babin, a chief investment officer and senior managing director of Victory Capital Management Inc., continues as the lead portfolio manager of the equity investments.

Ernest Pelaia chief investment officer of passive investments and a director of Victory, continues as the lead portfolio manager of the fixed income investments for the fund.

Victory Capital Management Inc., the fund's adviser, is based in Cleveland, Ohio.
