Wynnefield adds to investment in Acme Communications

Charlotte, N.C., Dec. 17 - Acme Communications, Inc. investors led by Wynnefield Partners Small Cap Value, LP bought 96,251 shares of the company's stock between Nov. 2 and Dec. 14.

The shares were priced from $2.65 to $3.59 each, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Wynnefield beneficially owns approximately 2.83 million shares, or 17.6%, of the Santa Ana, Calif.-based television station owner's common stock.
