Trimeris investor HealthCor increases stake to nearly 18%

Seattle, Oct. 10 - HealthCor LP bought 54,410 shares of Trimeris, Inc. stock on Oct. 1 for $7.78 each, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The reporting persons own 3,950,000 Trimeris shares, which equals 17.79% of the company's outstanding common stock.

On Sept. 25, the investor reported ownership of 3,716,254 shares, or 16.74%, of the Morrisville, N.C., biopharmaceutical company.
