Moody's rates Thai Oil notes Baa1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a definitive Baa1 senior unsecured rating to the $500 million 3.625% notes due 2023 and the $500 million 4.875% notes due 2043 issued by Thai Oil PCL.

The outlook is stable.

Moody's definitive rating on this debt obligation confirms the provisional rating of Baa1 assigned on Jan. 9. Moody's rating rationale was set out in a press release issued on that date.
