Argentina's Autopistas del Sol buys back $248,772 7% notes

Pittsburgh, Nov. 21 - Autopistas del Sol SA has bought back $248,772 of its 7% notes due 2009, according to a company news release.

The repurchased notes were canceled.

Following the buyback, there are $199,018 of the notes outstanding.

Autopistas del Sol is a Buenos Aires-based transportation company.
