Atlanta, March 7 - Chile's Tanner Finanzas Corporativas printed $250 million 4 3/8% five-year notes (//BBB-) at 99.446 to yield Treasuries plus 369.9 basis points, a market source said.
The notes were talked at a coupon in the 4½% area.
BofA Merrill Lynch was the bookrunner for the Regulation S deal.
Tanner is a financial services company based in Santiago.
