Sweden’s two-year notes talked at SOFR mid-swaps plus 11 bps area

Los Angeles, Jan. 23 – Kingdom of Sweden plans to price dollar-denominated notes due Jan. 30, 2026 in the SOFR mid-swaps plus 11 basis points area, according to a market source.

Citi, Danske, HSBC and TD are bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
