New Issue: St. Vrain Valley School District No. RE1J, Colo., prices $115.16 million

New York, Feb. 18 – The St. Vrain Valley School District No. RE1J of Boulder, Larimer and Weld counties of Colorado priced $115,155,000 of series 2016 general obligation refunding bonds, according to a term sheet.

The bonds (Aa2/AA-/) were sold through senior manager George K. Baum & Co.

The bonds are due 2016 to 2033 with coupons from 2.5% to 5% and yields from 0.4% to 3.17%.

Proceeds will be used to refund existing G.O. debt.
