St. Vrain Valley schools, Colo., to sell $104 million G.O.s Tuesday

New York, Feb. 9 - The St. Vrain Valley School District RE-IJ in Colorado is expected to price $104 million in series 2009A general obligation bonds Tuesday, according to a calendar of upcoming sales released Monday.

The bonds (/AA-/) will be sold through senior manager George K. Baum & Co.

Proceeds will be used to construct a new high school in the district, as well as to make renovations and improvements to existing district facilities.

The St. Vrain Valley School District comprises 13 communities and has its headquarters in Longmont, Colo.
