Strategic Diagnostics signs five-year agreement to supply bio-reagents

Charlotte, N.C., Sept. 7 - Strategic Diagnostics Inc. signed a five-year agreement to supply bio-reagents to a large, unnamed manufacturer of in-vitro diagnostics.

Revenues to Strategic Diagnostics are expected to start at $1 million per year and more than double over the five-year period.

Shipment of the bio-reagents will begin in the fourth quarter of 2006.

Strategic Diagnostics is a biotechnology company located in Newark, Del.
