Strategic Advisers Core Fund gets new subadviser, portfolio manager

Minneapolis, March 6 - The board of trustees of the Strategic Advisers Core Fund approved on Dec. 1 the appointment of OppenheimerFunds, Inc. as a new subadviser of the fund, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The fund is a series of Fidelity Rutland Square Trust II.

OppenheimerFunds will manage a portion of the fund. Its portfolio management team includes Manind Govil and Benjamin Ram. In addition, Niall Devitt has replaced Vincent Zelenko as the co-lead portfolio manager of the fund.

The other subadvisers managing the fund are First Eagle Investment Management, LLC, Lazard Asset Management LLC, Pyramis Global Advisors, LLC, and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Strategic Advisers, a subsidiary of Boston-based FMR LLC, is the fund's investment manager.
