Sprint Communications seeks loan waiver, offers 5 bps consent fee

New York, June 3 – Sprint Communications Inc. launched a loan waiver to existing lenders only, according to a market source.

Lenders are being offered a 5 bps consent fee.

Consents are due at noon ET on Friday, the source said.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is leading the transaction.

Sprint is an Overland Park, Kan.-based communications services company.
