New Issue: Barclays sells $1.75 million buffered digital notes tied to S&P 500

Chicago, April 30 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.75 million of 0% buffered digital notes due July 29, 2027 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above 85% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 25.4%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% index decline beyond 15%.
