New Issue: Barclays sells $3.1 million capped buffer gears on S&P 500
Chicago, April 30 – Barclays Bank plc priced $3.1 million of 0% capped buffer gears due Jan. 30, 2026 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus two times the return, up to a maximum gain of 24.7%.
If the index falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par. Investors will have a 1% loss for each 1% decline beyond the 10% buffer.
