JPMorgan plans six-year notes linked to S&P 500 Dividend Aristocrats

Chicago, Feb. 2 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% notes due Feb. 28, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 Dividend Aristocrats Daily Risk Control 8% Excess Return index, according to an FWP with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus at least 100% of any index gain, with a minimum return of at least 5%. The exact participation rate and floor will be set at pricing.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Feb. 24 and settle on Feb. 29.

The Cusip number is 48125VMD9.
