Target Small Capitalization Value Portfolio to drop manager Blum

Minneapolis, March 9 - Target Portfolio Trust announced that effective April 1, Christopher T. Blum will no longer serve as a co-portfolio manager to the Small Capitalization Value Portfolio, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Blum is a managing director for J.P. Morgan Investment Management, Inc., one of the fund's five sub-advisers.

The fund's investment manager is Newark, N.J.-based Prudential Investments LLC.
