Gamco-led investors sell shares of Skyline

Charlotte, N.C., Nov. 29 - Investors led by Gamco Asset Management Inc. and Gabelli Funds, LLC sold 26,300 shares of Skyline Corp. stock priced from $29.99 to $36.24 each.

The shares were sold between Sept. 28 and Nov. 28, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Gamco, Gabelli and the reporting persons beneficially own 783,850 shares or 9.34% of the Elkhart, Ind., company. Skyline produces and distributes manufactured housing and towable recreational vehicles.
