Aurora Medical's securities trading suspended by SEC

By Lisa Kerner

Charlotte, N.C., July 14 - The Securities and Exchange Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of Aurora Medical Technology, Inc. due to possible manipulative conduct occurring in the market for the company's stock pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act, according to an SEC filing.

The SEC advises brokers, dealers, shareholders and prospective purchasers to carefully consider the above information as well as other information issued by Aurora.

Located in Bay Shore, N.Y., Aurora is a medical device company marketing its patented RACE technology for the treatment of congestive heart failure.
