Riley Investment owns 5.7% of Silicon Storage Technology

Charlotte, N.C., June 30 - Investors led by Riley Investment Management LLC bought 36,870 shares of Silicon Storage Technology, Inc. on June 24 and June 25 priced at $2.9098 and $2.91 each, respectively.

The transactions were reported in a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Riley and its affiliates beneficially own 5,798,618 shares, or 5.7%, of the company's outstanding shares.

Silicon Storage, based in Sunnyvale, Calif., provides flash memory semiconductor devices for the digital consumer, networking, wireless communications and internet computing markets.
