New Issue: Santa Cruz County, Calif., prices $50 million of 2% TRANs at 101.782

New York, June 7 - Santa Cruz County, Calif., sold $50 million of series 2012-13 tax and revenue anticipation notes, said a pricing sheet.

The notes (MIG 1/SP-1+/) were sold through lead manager Citigroup Global Markets Inc.

The notes are due July 2, 2013, and bear interest at 2% priced at 101.782.

Proceeds will be used to finance county expenses ahead of the collection of taxes and revenues.
