Fitch rates innogy Finance notes A-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned an expected senior unsecured rating of A-(EXP) to the senior unsecured notes issued by innogy Finance BV (previously RWE Finance BV) and innogy Finance II BV (previously RWE Finance II BV).

The rating is in line with innogy SE's senior unsecured rating of A-(EXP).

Fitch rates innogy SE with a long-term issuer default rating of BBB+(EXP) with a stable outlook.

The agency rates RWE AG with a long-term issuer default rating of BBB/Rating Watch Negative (RWP) and RWE AG's senior unsecured rating at BBB/RWP.

As of Jan. 31, the guarantor for the notes detailed below has changed to innogy SE from RWE AG and the issuers were renamed innogy Finance BV and innogy Finance II BV, following the reorganization of the two entities.

As a result, Fitch withdrew the senior unsecured ratings of BBB/RWP for the notes previously guaranteed by RWE AG and assigned an A-(EXP) senior unsecured rating for the notes guaranteed by innogy SE.
