New Issue: Barclays prices $1.7 million buffered SuperTracks tied to S&P, Russell

Chicago, May 15 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.7 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Nov. 7, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worse performing index declines but by no more than 5% the payout at maturity will be par plus double the amount by which the return of the worse performing index exceeds negative 5%.

If the worse performing index gains but by no more than 22% the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the gain of the worse performing index plus a fixed amount of 10%.

If the worse performing index gains by more than 22% the payout will be 2.87 times the amount by which the return of the worse performing index exceeds 22% plus a fixed amount of 43% subject to a cap of par plus 106.14%.

If either index falls by more than 5%, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worse performing index beyond the buffer.

The final level will be the closing level of each index from Aug. 2, 2023 through Nov. 2, 2023.
