Chicago, April 23 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $755,000 of 5.6% buffer yield notes due Jan. 29, 2026 linked to the performance of the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is paid quarterly.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the index falls by more than 15%, in which case investors will have exposure to the decline of the index beyond 15%
