New Issue: UBS prices $7.11 million 8.3% airbag yield notes tied to Russell, Nasdaq

Buffalo, N.Y., Nov. 21 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $7.11 million of 8.3% airbag yield notes due Aug. 19, 2025 linked to the least performing of the Russell 2000 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable monthly.

If the final level of the lesser performing index is greater than or equal to the downside threshold, 80% of its initial level, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.25% for every 1% decline of the lesser performing index beyond 20%.

UBS Securities LLC and UBS Investment Bank are the underwriters.
