Rome Bancorp investor Sprock sells $20,280 shares

Chicago, March 27 - Rome Bancorp, Inc. investor Charles M. Sprock sold $20,280 of the company's stock on Feb. 3, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investor sold 2,600 shares at $7.80 per share.

Sprock beneficially owns 375,250 shares, or 5.6%, of the Rome, NY-based stock holding company for the Rome Savings Bank.
