Gamco investors sell more shares of Rollins

Charlotte, N.C., Nov. 13 - A group of investors led by Gabelli Funds, LLC and Gamco Asset Management Inc. sold 93,575 shares of Rollins, Inc. stock between Sept. 11 and Nov. 8.

The shares were priced from $25.13 to $30.65 each, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The group now owns 4,003,886 shares or 5.93% of the Atlanta-based pest and termite control company.

On March 19 the investors owned 4,737,721 shares or 6.94% of Rollins stock after selling 241,750 shares between Jan. 22 to March 16, according to a prior SEC filing.
