Rising Dividend Growth Fund adds Ying Wang to management team

San Diego, Dec. 20 - The Rising Dividend Growth Fund announced in a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it has added Ying Wang to the fund's portfolio management team.

Wang joins Thomas W.L. Cameron, Jere E. Estes and C. Troy Shaver Jr., the fund's existing portfolio managers.

As previously announced, the board of trustees of Dividend Growth Trust has approved a plan of reorganization for the fund under which the fund intends to reorganize into a newly organized series of Goldman Sachs Trust that has substantially similar investment objectives and principal investment strategies.

The fund's current investment adviser, Dividend Growth Advisors, LLC, will serve as the subadviser of the new fund, with Chicago-based Goldman Sachs Asset Management, LP taking on the investment adviser role.

The reorganization, which is expected to be a tax-free event, is subject to shareholder approval, and a meeting anticipated to be held in the first quarter of 2012 will be held for that purpose.
