Raiffeisen Bank starts calls Tuesday for €650 million of AT1 notes

Chicago, March 19 – Raiffeisen Bank International AG started investors calls on Tuesday for €650 million of additional tier 1 notes (BB), according to a market source.

The size will not grow.

The perpetual notes will have a 5 1/8% CET1 trigger at the issuer and group level with a temporary write-down mechanism.

The first call opportunity will be in December 2029.

BofA Securities, BNP Paribas, Citi, Credit Agricole CIB, Raiffeisen Bank International and UBS Investment Bank are the joint lead managers, with BNP, Raiffeisen and UBS acting as joint structuring advisers.

The issuer is a Vienna-based bank.
