Radvision chairman reports 24.77% stake

Charlotte, N.C., Feb. 24 - Radvision Ltd. chairman of the board Zohar Zisapel bought 295,428 shares of the company's stock between Dec. 17 and Feb. 23 for a total of approximately $1.7 million, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Zisapel beneficially owns 4,844,079 ordinary shares, or 24.77%, of the Tel Aviv-based company's outstanding stock.

Radvision makes products and technologies for video conferencing and video telephony as well as for converged voice, video and data-over-internet-protocol and 3G networks.
