Fine Capital reports 8.7% stake in Radio One

Charlotte, N.C., Aug. 20 - Investors led by Fine Capital Partners, LP bought 260,900 shares of Radio One, Inc. between Aug. 12 and Aug. 18 at prices ranging from $0.84 to $0.98 per share.

The transactions were reported in a schedule 13D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Fine Capital and its affiliates beneficially own 7,638,098 shares, or 8.7%, of the Lanham, Md., radio broadcasting company.
