Protected Vehicles unsecured creditors committee reappointed

Pittsburgh, March 20 - Protected Vehicles, Inc.'s unsecured creditors committee was reappointed following the resignation of one member, according to a Thursday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Carolina.

Richard K. Gregory of CMMC, LLC is no longer a member of the committee.

The amended committee is comprised of Steven L. Duddy of Marmon-Herrington, Mt. Holly, N.C.; Eduardo Gomez of E=MC4I, Inc., North Charleston, S.C.; Michael L. Sawer of Metalworx, Inc., Summerville, S.C.; Russell A. Dallas of Cummins Atlantic, LLC, Charlotte; Ron Gisztl of Olympic Steel, Inc., Bedford Heights, Ohio; Will Mason of Four Rivers Peterbilt Inc. Connemara Capital, Jacksonville, Fla.; and Edward Chiolo of Aeortek, Inc., Hanover, Md.

Protected Vehicles, a North Charleston, S.C., designer and manufacturer of mine and ballistic protected vehicles, filed for bankruptcy on Feb. 5. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-00738.
