Lexington, Ky., April 25 – ProCredit Holding AG's (PCH) placed €125 million of green tier 2 subordinated bonds (BB-), according to a news release.
Due to “strong demand,” the placement volume was increased from the originally expected €100 million.
The issue will increase the company’s total capital ratio by approximately 2%. It was 15.8% at the end of 2023.
Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE was the sole global coordinator and bookrunner.
Based in Germany, the development-oriented commercial banking group focuses on small and medium enterprises in Eastern Europe.
