O'Sullivan sells shares, reduces stake in Primus Telecommunications

Charlotte, N.C., Jan. 9 - Primus Telecommunications Group, Inc. investor Sean O'Sullivan sold a total of 333,150 shares of the company's stock, reducing his stake in the company to 9.4% from 9.6%.

The shares were sold between Dec. 31 and Jan. 4 for a total of $129,989, or $0.39 each, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

O'Sullivan owns some 13.3 million shares of the Mclean, Va.-based integrated communications services company's outstanding stock.
