Powermate shows $3.33 million net loss for March 18 to April 30

Pittsburgh, May 15 - Powermate Corp. reported a $3.33 million net loss for the period of March 18 to April 30 on $2.04 million in revenues, according to a Thursday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The company had $149,880 of cash and cash equivalents at April 30.

Powermate, an Aurora, Ill.-based manufacturer of portable and standby electric generators, air compressors, air tools, pressure washers and accessories, filed for bankruptcy on March 17. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-10498.
